By creating an account or accessing any content on Fortex Learning, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fortexlearning.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Access to paid courses requires manual payment approval by our team. Payments are made via Meezan Bank transfer or SadaPay. Once your payment receipt is verified and approved, you will be enrolled.
Course access is granted to the individual who paid. Sharing login credentials or course materials is prohibited.
Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once course access has been granted. If you believe there is an issue with your enrollment, contact hello@fortexlearning.com within 7 days of payment approval.
All course content — including videos, PDFs, lesson notes, and live session recordings — is the property of Fortex Learning or its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Certificates are issued upon completion of a course's full curriculum. Certificates are non-transferable and may be revoked if earned fraudulently. Fortex Learning certificates are issued by Fortex Learning and are not accredited by government or external bodies.
You agree not to:
• Share your account or course access with others.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or rate limiting.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
• Harass instructors or other students.
• Use course content for commercial purposes without permission.
Courses are provided for educational purposes only. Fortex Learning does not guarantee employment outcomes or specific skill levels. Cybersecurity techniques taught are for defensive and authorised use only — applying them unlawfully is a violation of these terms and applicable law.
Fortex Learning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. The updated date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
